Implementation Project Manager - Energy Customer Care & Billing Software - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for performing software implementations for Member/Customers and managing implementation projects. This role requires providing application support and training personnel on the Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) product.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Basic level knowledge of business-related software applications.
• Basic knowledge of the Utility or Telecom industries.
• Basic project management processes understanding.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Excellent telephone/email etiquette.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to travel 10-20% annually.
