Implementation Project Manager - Communications Customer Care & Billing Software - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for performing software implementations for Member/Customers and managing implementation projects, providing application support, and training personnel on the Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) product.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of business-related software applications.
• Basic knowledge of the Utility or Telecom industries.
• Basic knowledge of Project Management processes.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent telephone/email etiquette.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
• Basic level ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and accountability.
