• NISC is looking for a passionate, experienced Test Automation Developer.
• Responsible for defining strategy and creating automation test suites.
• Lead technical meetings and advise automation team members.
• Work with software engineering, product, quality assurance and support teams.
• Commitment to quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Mentor and train team members on test automation tools.
• Analyze automation test results and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate across departments to institute a comprehensive automation framework.
• Follow established internal software development methodologies.
• Drive the selection of tool sets and procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in software development.
• 3+ years’ experience with Software Test Automation.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies.
• Ability to read code and write automation test scripts.
• Experience with Git and Agile software development tools.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Prior mentorship or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to be self-motivating.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
