• Lead organic growth through content, SEO / AEO, social media, and video.
• Work with AI as the primary execution layer for marketing tasks.
• Manage execution independently and report to the VP of Marketing.
• Oversee SEO and content production, including blogs and landing pages.
• Manage organic social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn.
• Handle AI video scripting, production, and publishing.
• Create visual assets for promotional use.
• Support email campaigns in HubSpot.
• Conduct performance reporting and optimization.
• Demonstrate consistent brand voice in AI output review.

Requirements

• 2-5 years in content or digital marketing.
• Experience with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Canva.
• Strong writing and editorial skills.
• Understanding of SEO and AEO fundamentals.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM.
• Interest in AI video tools.
• Self-directed with a proactive mindset.
