Overview

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will systematically develop existing customers and generate new subscription revenue through structured online consultations and consistent closing.

In Short

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell potentials in existing customer base
  • Proactive, structured customer outreach and consultation in online meetings
  • Develop clear value stories and appropriate offer or module logic
  • Closing-oriented conversation management from qualification to offer to closing
  • Build, maintain, and manage a robust pipeline in the CRM system
  • KPI-based management of your activities (e.g., meeting volume, conversion, closing rate)
  • Close collaboration with Field Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations
  • Systematic feedback from customers and market

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B Inside Sales, Sales Support, or Account Expansion
  • Proven successes in upsell/cross-sell and closing (deal ownership end-to-end)
  • Very good remote communication in needs assessment, benefit argumentation, and closing
  • KPI-driven work with clear activity and result logic
  • High reliability in follow-up and structured weekly and funnel planning
  • Natural use of CRM for ensuring transparency and manageability
