Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Business Analyst at 9amHealth is a pivotal role that goes beyond traditional data crunching. In this position, you will transform raw data into engaging, interactive dashboards and strategic insights that drive internal decisions, optimize member enrollment and engagement, and deliver powerful, customer-facing reports.

In Short

• Design and maintain dynamic dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Looker and Excel.
• Utilize Mixpanel to track user behavior and product performance.
• Support data governance by identifying and reconciling discrepancies between reporting sources.
• Use advanced SQL skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Serve as a key partner to Customer Success, Clinical Operations and Marketing.
• Initiate and lead data projects that improve insights and reporting capabilities.
• Communicate insights effectively to internal teams and external clients.
• A minimum of 5 years in data analysis with a proven portfolio.
• Mastery of dashboarding tools and spreadsheet applications.
• Strong project management and self-directed prioritization skills.

Requirements

• Mastery of dashboarding tools (Tableau, Looker) and spreadsheet applications (Excel).
• Familiarity with event-based analytics platforms, particularly Mixpanel.
• Advanced understanding of database structures and SQL proficiency.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data.
