In Short

  • Lead, inspire, and grow a team of designers, creating clarity, driving energy, and delivering results.
  • Remain actively involved in hands-on design work for key product elements, ensuring high-impact experiences align with our design vision.
  • Own product experience strategy, from concept to implementation, for a new generation of healthcare tools that impact thousands of clinicians.
  • Elevate product design standards by establishing best practices, scalable design systems, and championing design excellence across the company.
  • Drive effective user journeys across products and healthcare personas, leveraging tools like storyboards and service design.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with researchers, product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Build and refine design infrastructure and processes to drive innovation, efficiency, and consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of experience in product or service design, including 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience designing B2C or B2B2C SaaS web or mobile products, with a focus on creating simple and intuitive user experiences for complex, data-driven products.
  • A proven ability to deliver scalable design systems and maintain design coherence across various products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to advocate for design decisions and energize cross-functional teams.
