FuboTV is seeking a bi-lingual (Spanish and English) Customer Care representative to deliver world-class support and build customer satisfaction and loyalty by handling all inquiries regarding Fubo’s service and customer subscriptions.

• Remote contractor position based in the Dominican Republic
• Provide customer support over phone and online
• Resolve inquiries regarding billing, technical issues, and subscriptions
• Handle customer care contact escalations from Tier 1 agents
• Engage with customers through social media platforms
• Complete ongoing training to stay updated on products and services
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Work independently and in a team environment
• Available for weekend shifts and rotating schedules
• Must have reliable internet and a suitable computer

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience in customer service and social media engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
