Overview

As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative, you will provide friendly customer service from home, assisting loan holders with their inquiries and payment processes.

• Provide warm and friendly customer service to loan holders.
• Welcome new customers and review loan information.
• Verify account information to meet customer needs.
• Assist customers with inquiries and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills in English and Spanish.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook; CRM experience preferred.
• Some college or degree preferred.
• Call center or finance experience is a plus.
• Ability to report to the office 1-2 times a week.
• Available for flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to handle various customer interactions professionally.
