Overview

As a Collections Specialist, you will provide friendly payment service to loan holders from the comfort of your home, utilizing your soft-collection skills to assist customers with their repayment arrangements.

In Short

• Handle outbound/inbound calls from customers who are delinquent on their loans.
• Utilize skip tracing to locate delinquent customers.
• Prepare and send correspondence to customers via email and text.
• Use critical thinking to solve customer issues.
• Create clear and concise account notes.
• Work independently to meet collection goals.
• Promote positive involvement with staff and customers.

Requirements

• Available between 8am-8pm CST, including late nights and Saturdays.
• Excellent phone etiquette and typing skills.
• Must remain calm in difficult situations.
• Detail-oriented and quick learner.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must report to the office 1-2 times per week.
