Overview

The Bilingual Customer Care Specialist provides warm and friendly customer service to loan holders from the comfort of their home, answering questions and assisting with monthly payments.

In Short

• Welcome new customers and review loan information.
• Verify account information to meet customer needs.
• Respond to customer inquiries about products and services.
• Assist customers with monthly payments and account updates.
• Create clear and concise account notes.
• Make outbound calls to delinquent customers.
• Handle large volumes of inbound calls.
• Communicate with customers via email and text.
• Work with title companies and banks on refinance inquiries.
• Support and embody company core principles.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook; CRM experience desired.
• Some college or college degree preferred.
• Previous finance experience is a plus.
• Ability to report to the West Bend office as needed.
• Available to work late nights and rotating Saturdays.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
