The Bilingual Customer Care Representative provides warm and friendly customer service to loan holders from the comfort of their home, answering questions and assisting with monthly payments.

In Short

• Welcome new customers and review loan information.
• Verify account information to meet customer needs.
• Interact with customers to resolve inquiries.
• Support customers with monthly payments.

• Make outbound calls to delinquent customers.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills in English and Spanish.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and CRM programs.
• Some college or degree preferred.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Previous call center or finance experience is a plus.
