Overview

The Bilingual Customer Care Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to new and existing patients, managing interactions through phone, chat, and social media.

Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English; Spanish is an asset.
• Experience in customer service or call center preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with computer software and internet browsers.
• Availability to work flexible hours Monday to Friday.
• Must complete a video screening as part of the hiring process.
