Requirements
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Available between 8am-8pm CST, including late nights and weekends.
Ability to report to the office 1-2 times per week.
Excellent phone etiquette and typing skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Minimum high school diploma, 2+ years of collections experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook; CRM experience is a plus.
Strong communication and mathematical skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
Ability to work independently in a challenging environment.
