The Customer Care Specialist at Time Investment Company works from home to provide friendly customer service to loan holders, answering inquiries and assisting with payments.

In Short

  • Welcome new customers and review loan information.
  • Verify account information and meet customer needs.
  • Interact with customers to resolve inquiries about products and services.
  • Assist customers with monthly payments and account updates.
  • Create clear and concise account notes.
  • Make outbound calls to customers who are delinquent.
  • Handle large volumes of inbound calls.
  • Communicate with customers via email and text message.
  • Work with title companies and banks regarding refinance requirements.
  • Support company core principles of Service, Excellence, Integrity, Generosity, and Fun.

Requirements

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, including phone support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; CRM experience desired.
  • Some college or college degree preferred.
  • Previous call center or finance experience is a plus.
  • Availability between 8am and 8pm, including late nights and rotating Saturdays.
  • Ability to report to the West Bend office 1-2 times per week as needed.
