Customer Care Representative - Hybrid - Remote

Overview

The Customer Care Representative at Time Investment Company provides warm and friendly customer service to loan holders, answering questions and assisting with monthly payments while working from home.

In Short

• Welcome new customers and review loan information.
• Verify account information for customer needs.
• Respond to customer inquiries about products and services.
• Assist customers with making monthly payments.
• Create clear account notes.
• Make outbound calls to delinquent customers.
• Handle large volumes of inbound calls.
• Communicate with customers via email and text.
• Work with title companies and banks for refinance inquiries.
• Support and embody company Core Principles.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; CRM experience preferred.
• Some college or degree preferred.
• Call center and/or finance experience is a plus.
• Availability between 8am and 8pm, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to report to the West Bend office 1-2 times per week.
