• Research duplicate or unapplied payments.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in collections, customer service, sales, or finance is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
