Overview

We are looking for passionate and customer-obsessed Bilingual Customer Support Representatives to join our client's growing Call Center. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support via phone and ensuring their issues are resolved quickly and with empathy.

In Short

• Fully remote position for LATAM residents.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer support preferred.
• Respond to high-volume inbound customer requests via phone.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Document customer interactions and follow up for resolution.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
• Work Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (US time-zone).
• 100% remote role with a salary of $800-$1100 per month.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (bilingual).
• 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist.
• College degree in communication, marketing, languages or similar preferred.
• Stable internet connection and quiet office space.
• Customer-obsessed with a track record of excellent service.
• Impeccable attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
