Overview

As a Customer Support Representative at Parsley Health, you will provide high-quality customer service to members, addressing inquiries through various communication channels and collaborating closely with clinical and sales departments to enhance member satisfaction.

In Short

  • Provide exceptional member service through prompt, accurate responses.
  • Maintain ownership of member issues from receipt to resolution.
  • Follow up with members to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Understand the company's products and services comprehensively.
  • Utilize feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage member inquiries via phone, SMS, and online messaging.
  • Escalate unresolved questions to appropriate departments.
  • Assist members with renewal and scheduling inquiries.
  • Collect feedback and process cancellations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least one year of relevant client-facing experience.
  • Healthcare tech/start-up experience preferred.
  • Empathetic customer service approach.
  • Experience with call management systems preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to resolve issues over the phone.
  • Detail-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive and autonomous work ethic.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing responsibilities.
  • Ability to work from home in a quiet space.
