The Customer Experience Specialist will provide exceptional customer support solutions for a U.S.-based e-commerce retail brand, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction for customers.

In Short

  • Remote position exclusively for individuals residing in LATAM.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communication, technical assistance, and omnichannel support.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media.
  • Assist customers with orders, returns, and product-related questions.

  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and fulfillment teams.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience required.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (C2 English required).
  • Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Positive, customer-first attitude.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service (e-commerce or retail).
  • Experience with help desk or ticketing software (Richpanel, Zendesk, Gorgias).
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • A positive, customer-first attitude.
