Overview

The Customer Experience Specialist will work in a dynamic startup environment, enabling customers to leverage APIs and microservices to drive their business initiatives. This role focuses on customer engagement throughout their lifecycle, ensuring they realize the value of their Kong investment.

Requirements

  • Experience managing a portfolio of commercial customers
  • Passion for technology and customer success
  • Strong organizational skills and self-starter attitude
  • Understanding of complex technology environments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior experience in SaaS or Infrastructure software roles
  • Understanding of Cloud Native technologies (Containerization, Kubernetes, Microservices)
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud Computing IaaS
