Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in customer marketing or CRM.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in driving product engagement.
  • Expertise in marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Creative and strategic thinker focused on customer experiences.
