Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, or similar roles.
  • Managed complex customer portfolios with $1M+ ARR.
  • Experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering environments.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of observability and cloud-native environments.
