Overview

The Senior Director of Enablement is a critical role within our GTM organization, reporting directly to the CRO and managing our Enablement team. This role focuses on setting the strategy for GTM Enablement at Chronosphere, ensuring productivity and effectiveness across all customer-facing roles.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in an Enablement role at a B2B tech company.
  • 2+ years in a leadership role within an enablement organization.
  • 3+ years in GTM onboarding programs.
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience with enablement tools (LMS, CMS).
  • Comfort with data analysis for ramp measurement.
