Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or related roles.
  • Experience managing large, complex customer portfolios.
  • Ability to solve complex challenges in DevOps or SRE environments.
  • Strong communication skills across technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and account ownership capabilities.
  • Understanding of customer KPIs and business success.
  • Knowledge of technologies like Kubernetes and Prometheus.
  • Growth mindset and curiosity.
  • Collaborative and outcome-focused approach.
