Overview

The Senior Sales Advisor for Chronosphere Logs will play a pivotal role in enabling Chronosphere’s go-to-market teams to successfully engage with high-potential prospects and customers. As a trusted expert in log observability, the Advisor addresses the most complex technical and operational challenges, instills confidence in prospects through deep product and industry knowledge, and ensures valuable field insights are relayed to product management.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, observability engineering, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with log management solutions (e.g., Splunk, Elastic, Datadog).
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, and distributed systems monitoring.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities for complex environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and business audiences.
