In Short

• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders to design and define product requirements.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Plan and perform discovery activities and user research.
• Participate and lead cross-functional workshops using design-thinking methodologies.
• Partner with fellow designers to improve existing design practices.
• Advocate for customer-centric design throughout the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer.
• Proficiency in design methodologies and processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in designing for desktop, mobile, and web applications.
• Proficiency in product design tools (e.g., Figma, Maze).
• Experience with design systems.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong UX-centric portfolio.
• Ability to address complex design challenges.
