Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Designer, who would like to move on to a new challenge in their career and engage in building a strong design culture.

Requirements

• 5 years professional experience in Product Design.
• Understanding of key business metrics and data.
• Strong problem-solving skills and user research experience.
• Experience in developing and maintaining Design Systems.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with other designers.
• Excellent design skills with a results-oriented approach.
• A portfolio showcasing human-centered solutions.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Fluent in Polish and C1 level of English.
