In Short

• Understand the domain, users, and technology of the product areas.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to solve user experience issues.
• Own and mature the design processes from concepts to shipping.
• Participate in design critiques and mentor other designers.
• Create and maintain reusable design components and contribute to the design system.
• Participate in recruiting and establish the design team's brand.
• Help improve and evangelize the design culture within Atlan.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in designing consumer-grade enterprise products.
• Understanding of the data ecosystem is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing product design and strategy skills.
• Obsess over craft and create intuitive products.
• Effective communication and ability to work autonomously.
• Take end-to-end ownership of projects.
