Overview

As a Customer Experience intern, you will internally support exceptional customer experiences by working closely with team members to provide creative solutions to project-based assignments primarily involving the configuration of the QGenda application and readiness for the project Go-Live.

In Short

  • Collaborates with members of the Customer Experience organization to complete project based assignments within defined time frames.
  • Responsible for understanding expectations and timeline of assigned projects.
  • Shows attention to detail pertaining to assigned projects.
  • Works on customer facing projects such as Provider Scheduling and Nurse & Staff.
  • Assists in Salesforce optimization and implementation process improvements.
  • Submits hours worked according to company policy.
  • Maintains Salesforce and other internal tools.
  • Consults with project lead to configure QGenda solution.
  • Documents configuration and holds transition meetings with stakeholders.
  • Other duties as directed by management.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required.
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
  • Ability to work in the Atlanta office.
  • Demonstrates creative problem solving capabilities.
  • Clearly communicates to colleagues and supervisors.
  • Maintains a professional and positive attitude.
  • Proven ability to interact across organizations.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Excel knowledge is a plus.
