Overview

Atomic is a venture studio that builds companies from scratch, and we are looking for a proactive Customer Experience Intern to enhance our customer interactions and support.

In Short

  • Own the customer experience and onboarding of new users.
  • Provide top-notch support and conduct outreach to build relationships.
  • Run experiments and analyze customer behavior.
  • Generate reports to influence product direction.
  • Work part-time while managing academic responsibilities.
  • Engage with customers through friendly and helpful communication.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing for engagement strategies.
  • Maintain CRM with up-to-date customer information.
  • Check in with customers post-purchase for follow-up.
  • Gain real-world experience in company building.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in entrepreneurship, sales, or customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Experience with e-commerce tools like Shopify and HubSpot.
  • Ability to create organized workflows using spreadsheets.
  • Proactive and customer-focused mindset.
  • Analytical skills to draw insights from data.
  • Available to start immediately with a 2-week trial period.
