Customer Experience Intern - Remote

Overview

As a Customer Experience Intern at GameChanger, you will help provide an outstanding experience to our users, empowering them to learn about GameChanger and making it simple to get help when they need it most.

In Short

• Solve real-world problems for our users and our team.
• Find insights from our Customer Experience data and package it for cross-functional teammates.
• Gain experience working with our CX tech stack, including Zendesk, generative chatbot, and agent assist tools.
• Collaborate with and receive mentorship from teammates across our Customer Experience and Support teams.
• Learn how to contribute to a data-driven impact model.
• Work with great people, an awesome product, and lots of fun together along the way!

Requirements

• Strong problem solving skills.
• Passionate about creating amazing Customer Experiences.
• Excited by working with large data sets.
• Bonus if you have experience with youth sports.
