Overview

GameChanger is seeking a Senior Experiential Marketing Specialist to help bring our youth sports mission to life through seamless event execution, fulfillment, and partner support.

In Short

• Own the logistics, fulfillment, and execution of GameChanger's in-person events and brand activations
• Coordinate event timelines, shipments, branded materials, signage, and inventory to support a national event calendar
• Partner with teams like Marketing, Brand, Business Development, and Creative for co-branded events
• Maintain clear documentation and planning processes for high-quality execution
• Manage vendors and agencies to ensure high standards are met
• Track and report on timelines, budgets, and key performance metrics
• Identify opportunities to improve processes across multiple sports and customer types
• Support travel and on-site logistics for event execution
• Evaluate activation opportunities based on impact and alignment with brand goals

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in experiential marketing or event operations
• Strong project management skills managing budgets, timelines, and logistics
• Proficient in tools like Looker and Hubspot
• Operational mindset with attention to detail
• Experience managing vendor relationships
• Creative thinker with experience delivering engaging activations
• Clear communicator comfortable working with various teams
