Requirements

• Fluent in English and German with knowledge of the German market.
• Marketing experience at an advertising agency or start-up.
• Hands-on experience with proven results from various marketing channels.
• Ability to operate at a high pace in a remote-first, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of analytical tools like Excel/Sheets, Looker, Google Analytics.
