In Short

• Work directly with integrated marketing teams to manage campaign timelines and calendars.
• Support the development of campaign briefs, including creating objectives and setting strategy.
• Perform regular campaign monitoring toward goals and objectives.
• Define, document, manage and optimize processes for programs and campaigns.
• Track budgets and measure outcomes to refine processes.
• Communicate effectively across teams to ensure project success.
• Proactive and results-driven approach to marketing.
• 6+ years of progressive working experience in marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Healthcare background preferred.

• 6+ years progressive working experience, with marketing focus.
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Advanced communication and writing skills.
• Ability to network with ease.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of databases/database marketing a plus.
• Product management and go-to-market strategy experience.
