Senior Marketing Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Senior Marketing Specialist position will partner closely with marketing team members and the larger Retirement Segment team on the successful building of strategy and delivery of marketing material, campaigns, presentations and communications. This position is responsible for developing and delivering insight-driven content and projects that align with overall messaging goals of the organization.

In Short

• Produce insight-driven content to communicate effectively to target audiences.
• Understand F&G’s product suite and its fit in the sales process.
• Write and edit content for presentations, collateral, and emails.
• Maintain and update existing content based on product changes.
• Analyze collateral usage and identify key messages.
• Drive consistency across all related content and materials.
• Support content development and execution of collateral pieces.
• Monitor and report on campaign results and recommend strategies.
• Lead event strategies in collaboration with Corporate Events and Sales teams.
• Manage webinars and tradeshow strategy from planning to execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, business analytics or related field.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience in financial services.
• 3+ years of event experience required.
