Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Intern. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our customers have a positive and successful experience with our products/services. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and contribute directly to the growth and retention of our customer base.

In Short

  • Assist Customer Experience teams with ongoing projects.
  • Track key customer success metrics and analyze customer data.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback for product improvement.
  • Participate in various customer journey mapping projects.
  • Analyze customer churn data to develop retention strategies.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities needed.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace Suite is a plus.
  • Passion for customer service and helping others succeed.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace Suite.
  • A passion for customer service and a desire to help others succeed.
