As a Professional Services Intern at Zscaler, you will be part of a global customer-focused team dedicated to delivering high-impact experiences and identifying innovative solutions.

• Join the Professional Services team at Zscaler.
• Establish success criteria, metrics, milestones, and timelines for deployment projects.
• Maintain project tracking and customer issue documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Perform welcome calls with customers.
• Must have 180 days of service or fewer remaining prior to discharge.
• Approval from unit commander required.
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, and GCP preferred.
• Experience with Hypervisors like VMware and Hyper-V is a plus.
• Knowledge of authentication systems such as SAML and LDAP is beneficial.

Requirements

• Obtain approval from your unit commander.
• MOU must be approved and submitted before start.
