Overview

The Technical Implementation Manager will be responsible for managing the key elements behind our world class member experience at Spring Health, focusing on revolutionizing mental healthcare.

In Short

• Manage customer platform configurations and QA processes.
• Support eligibility file setup and changes for new and existing customers.
• Act as the main technical resource for customers and vendor partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for tailored technical solutions.
• Design and implement scalable, automated processes for operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain platform configurations and eligibility file processing.
• Ensure timely launch of customer projects with high accuracy.
• Maintain documentation for internal processes.
• Drive program relaunches for customer programs annually.
• Engage with customers to address non-standard requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3-5+ years of experience in technical implementation or account management.
• Preferred experience in healthtech or digital health.
• Experience with ETL pipelines, API integrations, and data ingestion.
• Advanced understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for transforming the U.S. healthcare system.
• Willingness to travel as necessary (approx. 10%).
• High integrity, organizational skills, and resourcefulness.
