In Short

• Own the post-sale transition from Sales to Technical Onboarding.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Translate complex customer requirements into system/process designs.
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the onboarding journey.
• Proven experience in technical onboarding.
• Strong project management skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally.
• Analytical problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
• 2–4 years of experience in a customer-facing onboarding role.

Requirements

• Experience in onboarding and implementation in SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with federal or defense sector customers.
• Working knowledge of API integrations and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience documenting technical processes.
• Certification in customer success or project management is a plus.
• Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Interest in matters of national security.
