Technical Implementation Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Technical Implementation Manager at RapidSOS, you will be a key player in delivering mission-critical installations of our platform to emergency communications centers.

In Short

• Manage and execute technical field deployments of VOIP-integrated RapidSOS solutions.
• Own the end-to-end implementation timeline from onboarding to go-live.
• Travel frequently (75%) to public safety customer locations across the U.S.
• Work closely with local IT teams and telephony providers for integration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Act as the technical liaison and subject matter expert on VoIP infrastructure.
• Identify scope and technical risks during deployments.
• Gather feedback to improve implementation processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in field implementation or technical project management.
• Deep knowledge of VoIP infrastructure (SIP, PBX, SBCs).
• Experience with installing and troubleshooting software/hardware solutions.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Project management experience with problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive solutions-first mindset.
• Team player with a low ego and high mission alignment.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
