Overview

The Technical Implementation Manager plays a critical role in ensuring customers successfully adopt Red Canary's cybersecurity solutions, providing hands-on guidance and support during the implementation phase.

• Serve as a key member of the Onboarding Team.
• Provide hands-on guidance during the implementation phase.
• Engage in dialogue with clients to customize integrations.

Requirements

• Experience with EDR, MDR, or similar tools.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize customer needs.
• Independent and self-sufficient.
• Comfortable with difficult conversations.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Hands-on experience with Carbon Black, Crowdstrike, or Endgame preferred.
• Ability to deploy software (SCCM, JAMF, Batch) preferred.
