Overview

As a Technical Implementation Manager at Spring Health, you will manage key elements of our member experience, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders and the implementation of scalable solutions.

In Short

• Drive eligibility file setup and changes for customers.
• Remediate census failures and manage customer communications.
• Serve as the main technical resource for customers and vendor partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3-5+ years of experience in technical implementation or account management.
• Advanced understanding of ETL pipelines, API integrations, and data ingestion.
• Proficient in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with CRM or project management tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel as necessary (approx. 10%).
