We are looking for a Technical Implementation Manager to drive the successful adoption of testRigor’s automation platform. You will work closely with clients to ensure seamless integration, provide technical guidance, and optimize their automation workflows. This role combines technical expertise, project management, and customer engagement to maximize client success.

In Short

Lead the end-to-end implementation of testRigor’s automation platform for Pilot and New customers.
Develop project plans, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery.
Collaborate with QA teams, developers, and DevOps to integrate testRigor into CI/CD pipelines.
Identify risks and proactively address potential roadblocks in the implementation process.
Act as a liaison between Sales/CS and Engineering during onboarding.
Collaborate with customer security teams to help to setup tunneling/security.
Advise customers on security and solutions.
Interact with Engineering to make sure things are setup.

Requirements

Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Software.
4+ years of experience in similar role.
Experience in lieu of education may be considered.
Strong understanding of test automation and QA processes.
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Knowledge of API testing, database validation, and web/mobile app testing.
Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms, cloud services, and test management tools.
Strong communication skills for technical training and customer engagement.
Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results on-time.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting expertise.
