Overview

Nice Actimize is currently seeking to hire a Technical Manager, skilled at implementing complex on-premises as well as hosted SaaS Actimize solutions to join the Actimize professional services team at the global talent center in Pune, India. We are looking for a talented & motivated professional interested in working on the latest Actimize regulatory compliance offerings with special emphasis on managing teams dedicated to implementation, customization, and configuration.

In Short

• Manage the team's delivery to a successful release by tracking work, dependencies, and risks.
• Ensure best quality engineering practices are followed.
• Facilitate and support team member’s technical and career growth objectives.
• Ownership of individual and team chargeability.
• Direct participation in recruitment and hiring activities.
• Collaboration with R&D and customer support teams.
• Conduct regular performance management activities.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software development.
• 2+ years leading a high-performing team in an agile environment.
• Exposure to onsite/offshore working model.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Experience in high-performance, highly available systems.
• Experience in installation, customization, and configuration of complex software products.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructures like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Proficient in database concepts and hands-on experience with Oracle/SQL Server.
• Basic understanding of Unix/Linux and shell scripting.
• Understanding of deployment practices and tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
