• Ability to lead from the front and support team development.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and KPIs.
• Experience with structured sales methodologies.
• Track record of managing performance and celebrating successes.
• Experience in recruiting and onboarding sales teams.
• Comfort with changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in public safety sales is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
