Director, Sales Operations Public Sector - Remote

Overview

As the Director of Sales Operations Public Sector at BeyondTrust, you’ll ensure our Public Sector Sales Teams achieve their ambitious goals by optimizing sales processes and providing support to Sales Leadership.

In Short

• Work in partnership with region sales leader to design and execute strategic plans.
• Collaborate with Sales and GTM leadership on critical process needs.
• Use data to optimize customer lifecycle from lead generation to retention.
• Own Go-to-Market reporting and guide strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models for sales insights.
• Set rules of engagement across the Sales team.
• Work with Sales Compensations Team on compensation structures.
• Develop, manage, and mentor a team of analysts.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Deep expertise in sales automation and CRM.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Gong, Salesforce, and Powerpoint.
• Proficient data visualization skills (PowerBI or similar).
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Ability to interpret data effectively.
• Self-motivated and takes ownership.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Located in EST - Preferred.
