As a Technical Implementation Manager at Oscar, you will oversee core technical tasks associated with building and launching campaigns, ensuring efficiency and error-free execution.

• Act as the technical representative for Plus Oscar in client calls.
• Design and implement new campaign development processes.
• Leverage SQL to analyze client data and trends.
• Manage key product delivery processes including campaign launches.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to support collaboration.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes.
• Monitor campaign success metrics.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a cross-functional role in technology or operations.
• 3+ years of experience working with engineers and designers.
• 2+ years of experience with engineering scrum teams.
• 3+ years of experience with project management tools like Jira.
• 1+ years of SQL experience.
