Technical Implementation Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Technical Implementation Manager at Regard, you will provide technical project management support throughout customer integration and onboarding, ensuring a world-class client experience.

In Short

• Lead and support the technical implementation of new and existing clients.
• Manage customer environments end-to-end, handling setup and troubleshooting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical project communications.
• Guide clients through FHIR integrations and clinical data mapping.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to drive adoption and advocacy.
• Maintain deep product expertise to support user training.
• Continuously identify and improve gaps in implementation processes.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and team success.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in technical implementation or project management.
• 1+ years in a healthcare environment.
• 1+ years of coding/scripting experience (e.g., Python).
• Experience with PyCharm, GitLab, Jira, Excel, Google Apps.
• Basic command line proficiency in macOS terminal.
• Experience leading meetings with client stakeholders.
• Located within 50 miles of a major airport and willing to travel.
