Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Regard, you will own the full customer journey from integration and onboarding, to renewal and expansion, ensuring a world-class client experience.

In Short

  • Oversee and manage the full customer lifecycle from integration to renewal.
  • Establish retention goals and renewal milestones.
  • Build relationships with client leadership to promote product value.
  • Monitor customer feedback and enhance the customer experience.
  • Lead project tracking with internal teams and clients.
  • Maintain understanding of products and assist customers effectively.
  • Optimize processes and enhance Customer Success initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in project management and/or customer success.
  • Expert in leading meetings with client stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and analytics.
  • Experience with EMR companies like Epic or Cerner.
  • Proven track record of fostering business partnerships.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites (30% of time).
